Detailed description of the works Hi, I have a holiday home on St Johns Point, Dunkineely on the wild Atlantic Way ~15km north of Donegal town and am looking for someone to manage the change overs for me as my current cleaner wants to retire. It is a 4 bedroom house sleeping up 10 people and we ask that guests leave the house in the state that they found it in i.e. clean and tidy and that they strip the beds that they have used. We are looking for someone to check the house has been left tidy, clean and hoover the house, clean and iron the used bed linen, remake the beds and empty waste paper baskets and put the bins out. So far we have found that most bookings are for weekends and there is a gap of several days between bookings although in the summer we are expecting bookings to be back to back and so would require change over to be done between 11am and 3pm.
